Discover the enchanting beauty of Thai culture at the Yi Peng Festival in the Wualai District

The Urban Studies Lab invites everyone to experience something unique at the "Yi Peng in Wualai District 2023: Illuminating Traditions Across Three Temples and Communities" event from November 25 to 30, 2023!

Explore the rich culture of three significant temples in the Wualai area:

- Wat Sri Suphan: Visit the world's only silver ubosot, pay respects to the Buddha, and enjoy a historical light show.

- Wat Nan Tararam: Explore and learn at the learning center for traditional silverware crafting.

- Wat Muen Sarn: Participate in a silver sheet beating activity and visit the Japanese army museum.

Special offer! Participants visiting all three temples will receive a "Wualai District Pass" for a 10% discount at Weave Artisan shop.
