Presenting a special menu during the Yi Peng festival in the traditional Khan Tok style, a culinary tradition of the Lanna people that dates back to ancient times. The Khan Tok setting involves using wooden trays or platters with elevated table legs, creating a communal dining experience where guests sit around to enjoy their meal. Inside the Khan Tok, a variety of Northern Thai dishes are served, including sticky rice, grilled meats, pork cracklings, spicy dipping sauces, wild egg omelets, and seasoned minced meat salad.
